The Guide

The Guide will ask a few questions and recommend the right coach for what you are carrying right now.

Every person who arrives at Hive begins with a conversation with The Guide.

The Guide does not diagnose or label. It listens to what is being said, often to what is underneath it, and gently brings in the specialist coach best suited to the moment. If someone needs to talk through a stressful week before anything else, the Guide makes space for that first. If something is beyond what coaching alone should hold, The Guide knows the difference and responds responsibly.

Think of The Guide as the front door to Hive, warm, attentive and always pointing toward the right next step.

Samyog - Understanding Fit

Not every challenge is personal. Sometimes the real question is whether someone is in the right role, for the right reasons, with the right support around them.

Samyog is Hive's role-fitment coach. Working with HR and organisational leaders, Samyog researches a role's real demands shaped by the organisation's industry, scale and structure, building a clear, evidence-based picture of what that role requires. It can then assess how well a person currently in that role is supported to succeed, and identify whether any gaps are a matter of coaching, role design, or something else entirely.

Samyog turns role and talent decisions that are often made on instinct into decisions made on evidence.

After working with a specialist coach, a person can rehearse what they have learned in a realistic, simulated situation, a difficult conversation, a high-pressure moment, a scenario they are dreading. Abhyas plays the other side of that conversation and gives specific, honest feedback, so the first real attempt isn't the only attempt.

This is what separates Hive from a single coaching conversation that fades by the following week. The learning gets practised until it is actually theirs.
